It’s the long-awaited day of mediation, marked on the calendar a whole month ago. But wait, there’s a twist! One party strolls in, completely captivated by the vibrant garden flowers along the path, taking their sweet time. Meanwhile, the other party, already there and ready to roll, is feeling under the weather, tapping their foot impatiently, wishing they could be anywhere but here.

Now, as the mediator, it’s decision time. Do we hit pause and reschedule, watching the clock tick by as one party stops to admire the roses and the other struggles to keep their sniffles in check or…..? How do we maintain our composure amidst this garden-gazing and sneeze-suppressing chaos?
